Joke? I was being completely serious. Had the voters of Chicago elected a candidate who was genuinely competent rather than vote for a person mainly for the color of her skin, gender and who she chooses to sleep with in a childish anti-Trump tizzy, this man may still be alive. But no, the democrat voters chose labels over substance.
