I've already stated they aren't forcing anyone to get it. They are trying to go around the law because if they flat out said you have to get it, they would have a bunch of players speaking out about it. They are trying to use punishment and coercion to get the players to all take it. There is plenty of US and International law that says that is illegal.

It doesn't matter if you can find employment elsewhere or not, it is not legal. The NFL also doesn't have another employment equal. The law is clear on what they are doing is illegal but you also have to find courts that will follow the laws.
