I'd rather keep Gus.  You don't need a bad attitude to be a success.  I see the same self desctructiveness in Jim as I do Rex Ryan.  Give it time.
 

THats a bit premature to say, I'd think. At the same point in each's head coaching career, Jim has been the more successful coach. If Jim doesn't win win the ring in the next few years, then the above could be said about John getting better results.
