He's not wrong.... especially not as it pertains to the giant corporations. I am not so sure this holds true for mom and pop shops. I'm a fan of free market driving the worth of a job. It's the #1 reason people change jobs. There are entire sectors of HR that do this analysis in large companies. Paying someone more because you can will not be a topic taught in most MBA programs. |
