And playing in the AAC will not hurt Teddy in the NFL. Florida and Alabama can't seem to get a QB to stick in the league right now and they print talent at the position the past decade. May be they're all world beaters, but they're all draft worthy, and not one has hit in a while, same with South California.


I don't understand how Teddy has a lower ceiling than Johnny or Bortles either. Teddy's only problem vs Bortles is his size. Teddy has a better arm and mechanics than both Bortles and Johnny. If you're telling me take the QB with the best potential you chose Teddy.


I'm actually not that surprised that Bortles didn't do well on the Whiteboard. UCF ran a very exciting offense, but it didn't seem to demand too much out of the QB position. Lots and lots of run after the catch. I think Bortles could be okay, but he has to sit for a little while. If he plays immediately he'll be the next Gabbert.
