Only partly.   The reason the Nazi party came into being was a lot more complicated than that.

I would say it was more about a big lie, that the Germans had not really lost WW1, but were stabbed in the back by politicians, liberals and Jews.  Then there was the ultra-punitive Treaty of Versailles, which ended the war.  Plus nationalism, anti-semitism, anti-Marxism, etc.  The Nazis took advantage of all that.  

But I would not say Communists and liberals were the reason for the existence of the Nazi Party.  They were some of the victims.  But saying liberals and communists were the reason the Nazi Party existed is like blaming the Jews for the Holocaust.
