Last year, we came out and won Week 1. Everyone and their mother, even media were praising us and saying the Jags would be better then expected. Then we lose 15 straight. The week 1 overreactions are notorious every year. Let’s give it a few games before ripping the team to shreds

I don't necessarily disagree but this was against the Texans. They had had the most turmoil of any team this off season. They didn't have their star QB, they didn't have a first round pick until round 3, they lost numerous key veterans on offense and defense and they had a new HC who they hired after no one wanted the job.

The Texans are the absolute worst team the Jags will face all season. Taylor is the worst QB they will face all season. They not only lost but they got blown out.

I'm still showing up to watch every Sunday but there is a LOT of work to be done and I think a lot of us are just upset we bought into the hype (again).
