This is the time of year Caldwell makes his money.  He did sign Marks,W.  Blackmon, Ball, and other good players that may have not been well known.  Caldwell also had a good draft last year. 

 

The jags will need to overpay a couple of players but we have talent and can afford to do so.  Sign more undrafted FA's with some middle tier players. This team having  over $50 million in cap space and 10 draft picks should make this a competitive team next year.
