Quote:Maybe a guy as good as Manning doesnt come along in free agency very often but even still, there are a lot of ways to skin a cat so to speak.  And drafting a guy in the first round isnt the only way to land a good QB.  I mentioned this in another thread but if you look at the top 15 in QB rating this season (actually I went with top 17 and excluded Josh McCown and Sam Bradford becuase they played less than half a season). only 5 of them were first rounders playing for the team that took them.  (Rivers, Rodgers, Roethlisberger, Ryan, and Cam).  The other 10 werent drafted in the first round or arent playing for the team that drafted them.
