10. Kicker (If Lambo continues struggling, this may move up much higher. I sign one in free agency. I hate wasting draft picks on Kickers.)

OLM: Poor at taking direction.

 

Can't say I disagree with any of the needs listed, but I'd be interested which you think are biggest needs
