9.  TE (More competition. This is less of a need as Arnold seems to be coming along.)

10. Kicker (If Lambo continues struggling, this may move up much higher. I sign one in free agency. I hate wasting draft picks on Kickers.)

I can't argue with this list.  I think it's right on.  I might have some nuanced differences on the comments.  For example, I don't like the idea of taking a OG in round one.  If we were picking late in round one, fine, but I don't like taking an OG in the early first round which is where we will be picking.  I know you qualified it with "if the value is there", but it would need to be a hall of fame quality OG for me to take one that early.  Guards often drop in the draft.  I'm also a little more concerned about TE.  I feel like we have role players, but I like the all-around tight end that doesn't tip our hand on the play we are about to run.  As for kicker, I don't oppose signing one in free agency, but I also don't oppose a draft pick.  Late round picks have a low rate of return.  If our late seventh round pick solves our problem at kicker, that will be well worth it.
