I'm not big on firing mid-season.  They'll get the year, but given that we are 0-5 with four of those losses being by double digits, I would definitely start researching candidates if I were Khan.  With the resources available to the new regime, their performance is unacceptable.

I still want the same Head Coach I wanted before Urban was hired, Brian Daboll Offensive Coordinator of the Buffalo Bills. Hopefully, he'd bring along Buffalo's QB Coach, Ken Dorsey to run the offense.
