What I like about Pickett is that he goes through all his reads. He's not just a one read and run guy. In his last game, he completed passes to 9 different receivers. He keeps the defense on their toes by utilizing all his weapons.

I like O-Linemen with mean streaks, but he looks undisciplined. That punch in the back of the head would be a huge penalty and probably get him thrown out of the game.
