I just don't understand. The DLine was basically ready to take the handoff by the time Hyde even got the ball. Why? Why not just a simple handoff from under center, allowing the runningback to get some speed? Why is this team adamant about the runningback getting the ball from a complete stop in shotgun on 3rd and short and 4th and short?

You would think after all the times he's failed on that he would realize he's an idiot and go with what has worked over time since the beginning.  Under center I form or even goaline offense for God sakes
