Defense played very selfish ball today… too many stupid penalties in critical situations. and Cullens decision to man blitz with 14 seconds left and 0 49er timeouts was horrible.. why even give them the opportunity for a one on one matchup? Keep everything in front of you and tackle in bounds and half is over.
I too fear for Trevor’s development … off-season has to be all in on surrounding Trevor with help I don’t care if we sign one defensive player. Only move on D I would make is to extend and pay Josh Allen.. other than that all offense. But I bet Baalke and Meyer screw that up. |
