Culture and mentality for an organization matters a lot.

Ultimately, establishing a winning culture is important.

However, you're not doing that by going 4-13 as opposed to 2-15. That's not how you establish the culture.

I'm also not saying they should purposefully lose every game. They're going to lose even if they try hard. My point is that if they lose every game from here on it, it will have no bearing on their performance in 2022.
