You don't have to be a football guy. Being a football guy is overrated. Football guys have given us years and years of futility. Give me an outside of the box guy who is willing to mix things up over a "football guy".

I absolutely hate the idea.  He's never been an NFL GM, assistant GM, scout, coach or even a player.  His only qualification is being an analytics guy for a team that has a record of 39-102 with him in that role.  Additionally, being the owner's son and future owner, he would also basically have the job for life no matter how terrible his performance.  This would be absolutely terrible.
