I start with a coach. I come up with a certain profile i want. A leader of men but also a fresh approach. I want a McVay type.

Personell wise I start with the offensive line. It is a big mess with lots of question marks. Cutting good players bcs they are not great players is dumb. I keep a few around. I might keep Cann and Taylor. I cant fix it all
In one year. I might be temptes by Neal but I just picked Little. But that would be a big prio
