Great question. I don't know off the top of my head. I am only 33. I don't remember why the Browns bolted for Baltimore. I vaguely remember the Oilers moving out of Houston. Other than the Rams moving because of Kronke which I think was over the stadium issues. I don't recall. 

Interesting article though from 2019. According to this there's very little fan support for the WFT, and, a lot of Cincinnati and Detroit teams were listed in it.

St. Louis pretty much quit giving a crap about the Cardinals a couple years or so before they moved to Arizona.  Bill Bidwell made it way to clear that he only wanted to win just enough to fill the stands and NOT make the playoffs because it would cost him a few extra bucks to support a playoff team.  St. Louis quit on that.
Arizona ALMost quit on it...  Took Bidwell about 20 years of limping along in a borrowed college stadium before finally getting one built for his team.  The team never really got any better until his son(s) started running things though.
