That's a good fit on paper. At least for Fields it looks good as I think Leftwich will actually commit to an identity on offense and build around Fields ability as a passer. My only concern with Leftwich being hired is his coaching staff. He's young. Curious what his coaching network would enable him to pull into the NFL or around the NFL. Especially on defense. 

Larry Foote? Cody Grimm?

42 is young? When did that happen? 'Cause I'm 36.... guess I'm a spring chicken. YES! Time to go after 20 year olds.
