For the first however many years of his career when he was considered a disappointment, yes. He ran 9 routes all game and caught a couple bonkers 50/50 balls.

Lombardi finally got creative with him this year and he had his breakout season.

I hate comping London to Mike Evans. Evans is one of the most unique players in history. Almost as bad as comparing every small white WR to Welker and ever small pass catching RB to Sproles.

Yet you compare him to Kelce lol, future HOF TE lol.  He doesn't move as well as Kelce and quick like Kelce and I'm not sure he can block like Kelce.  But when I look at size, good speed, good hands, and looks to ve a good route runner for his size I think Evans a WR is a much better comparison than Kelce.  Also the contested catches, is like Evans or Allen Robinson.  Kelce usually just beats his man, I don't see Kelce always making these crazy contest catches
