Yep it's dumb but even if you want to hire a minority you still gotta interview 2 of them for HC or GM (only 1 for a coordinator or lower job I believe). We interviewed Caldwell so Byron is in the clear, but we're gonna have to interview someone else for GM it appears.

Work around this by interviewing a minority candidate who they like for an assistant role. At least it won't be a wasted interview. 

Q1: You understand you're here today to interview for the GM position, correct? 
Q2: But if you don't get the job, would you be open to fetching coffee for the GM?
Q3: OK, great, let's camp out for a while on other roles you could fill.
