I totally agree and believe this is what will happen, so I'm probably gonna take a hiatus from this team until things truly start to change. I can't deal with it any longer. Doing things half-[BLEEP] is accomplishing nothing.

You mean like Dave Caldwell, who was the next big up and comer GM that helped build the Falcons ~ 10 years ago when they turned the corner and started winning.

The Falcons weren't exactly setting the world on fire. He's not who I would've chosen, but I gave him a chance. I want someone from a real winning organization.
