Apologies for diverting from the topic. You asked if TLaw was being genuine.

I absolutely believe he is. He's never shown an unwillingness to work with anyone we've had on staff, no matter how qualified they were or weren't, in his opinion or our own. The dude is class. He's shown tremendous patience and maturity enduring the debacle we put him into last season, and I expect him to do well this season, and that expectation was independent of who we hired to coach him. And I think Trevor is wise enough to know that this is still going to take time, as Doug 2.0 noted in his presser. The development and success that comes with it will not be immediate, but all the expectations we had last season of seeing TLaw grow into his role as the future of the franchise are now ready to be first and foremost goals of the team.
