I would have loved to have seen Sayers in person; I only saw him on live TV.  The Barry Sanders of his day.  He did things as a running back/kick returner that hadnt been done up to that point, which is one of the reasons he is in the Hall in spite of a short career.  If that can be said of Boselli, then he should be in.

At his peak, Boselli was one of the best 3 or 4 tackles that have ever played. He was that good. If he had managed to play 10 years at or near that level, he would have made it on the first ballot. But he really only had 5 years at that level so it's a closer call.
