So, just to clarify, we shouldn't hold Baalke's terrible track record against him because he wasn't with the Jags, but we SHOULD hold Spielman's (hypothetical) bad history against him?

To say nothing of the fact that I've seen FAR more ire for Baalke than Spielman from sources outside the Jags.
