Baalkes history is enough for anyone to draw a conclusion that he is toxic. Sensationalizing about a sudden turn around in character is just fantasy. Only a matter of time before he screws this opportunity up.

No, I think it's all overexaggeration. Now I stated earlier that I think the Jags would be well served to hire Smith as a franchise overseer. But from a talent evaluation standpoint, Pederson and Baalke can be a successful tandem.
