The only one of these I'd move up for is Williams. He won't be 100% to start the season, but the additions of Kirk, Jones, Engram and Etienne will give Trevor many more options than last season. Once Williams gets healthy, he would give Lawrence a true #1 guy who has the potential to become elite.

Not sold at all on Kirk or Jones. I like Engram a lot, but he must remain healthy. I expect very little from Etienne. He's coming off one of the most serious foot injuries a skill player can have. I have yet to see a player return from such an injury, 100%. I hope he does, but I'm skeptical. I'll believe it when I see it.

According to the trade value chart that the NFL uses, our 2nd and 3rd rounder would be more than enough to move up to around pick #20, because they are the first picks of each round.
