I'm not sure it's any different now than it would have been had the trades (Devante Adams and Tyreek Hill) not happened.

Having lost Henry Ruggs, the Raiders could have used a WR, and Miami could have used a WR opposite Waddle.

In fact, you could have argued it's a little easier now that the tacks traded for Robert Woods.
