I judge Lawrence based on his play on the field. The fact that you even brought up brees is laughable tho. Even in those losing seasons drew put up really good numbers, thats a case of the team around him being the problem. Trevor was a part of the problem last year

I'm curious how you think people on this board view Lawrence, because you continually hypberolize and overstate what you claim people are saying to support what you are trying to say.  Because, quite frankly, I see very few...if any...people say what you are claiming that they say.

So you're saying Garrard was never a good quarterback?  I never particularly cared for Garrard.  I think the money went to his head and he got fat and out of shape and was never the same.  But if you say he wasn't ever a good QB, I seriously question whether you know what you are watching.

He watched Trevor Lawrence's rookie season and instead of seeing:
  • incredible potential
  • historically rampant mismanagement by HC
  • the requisite and typical rookie lumps/struggles

He instead saw, and I quote:  "No reason for hope." 

You don't need to question the bolded. You can be certain.
