Why is Janes Revenge NOT being prosecuted?

That is all very true. When the FBI has informants in a group, they sometimes take a wait-and-see approach. Like with the militia members who wanted to go after the governor in Michigan. I read somewhere that at one point, there were four men in a car. Three of them were informants, and didn't necessarily know that the others weren't informants. They weren't arrested right away, the FBI waited on it to let it develop and to get more evidence. If this sounds like playing with fire it is, and sometimes things go wrong. The "Family Jewels" CIA release included some times informants did bad things, that in theory could have been prevented: https://nsarchive2.gwu.edu/NSAEBB/NSAEBB222/index.htm .

The one I remember was a CIA informant who was caught doing something with explosives on an airplane. If he is already on an airplane with explosives, that's too late, he should have been arrested already. Being an informant shouldn't be a 007 license to get away with crime.

The political side of it is that if prolifers can be goaded into reacting, the pregnancy clinics would be blamed for luring unwanted tourists ( Jane's Revenge/Antifa ) to their neighborhood, and for the resulting conflict between them and prolifers. This could be used to justify legislation against them, such as this

conservative https://www.nyscatholic.org/pregnancy-centers-study/

If the FBI arrests people on both sides at the same time, it wouldn't get the leadership cancelled. I think that if the FBI had cracked down on Jane's Revenge right away, by now we'd be seeing calls to defund them and that their leadership was misogynist with demonstrably partisan enforcement. Broadcasting threats is a crime, and so is privately phoning them in. The missing part is that local law enforcement is constrained by their resources, and the FBI has historically left anarchists to local law enforcement.

This isn't just Jane's Revenge, it is also eco-anarchists

I would be surprised if there wasn't overlap between the two groups. Their messages go to the same websites. Why haven't they been stopped yet? Some of the same factors why Jane's Revenge hasn't been stopped. They seem to be the same folks who got addicted to a certain lifestyle in the months before the 2020 election. Still seeking the same thrill from their actions.
