I do believe Pederson is a QB whisperer  and knows how to get the most out of his QB's. .  Looks like his mechanics have improved and he has tightened up that short game accuracy.  I am pumped to see if he can do a complete 180 from last year.  Pederson with his playing and coaching experience automatically made Lawrence better. Might as well shoot the hopes to the moon on what to expect.   I am hoping this can turn into one of those dynasty building Duo's like:   Montana/Walsh, Belicheat/Shady, Reed/Mahomes, Payton/Brees, etc etc.  

Sims always liked Lawrence and has been saying he was the second best QB in their draft class. He finally saw him in person and was highly Impressed.

Pederson also had this to say:

“He’s commanding the offense,” Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson said after the team’s fifth practice. “He’s still in the growth mentality, which is exciting. He still wants to get better each and every day. We’ve seen that out of him. He’s leading not only by example but being able to go up to players and talk to them about routes or protections with the o-line or whatever it may be. He’s in a good place. It’s still early in camp, but we like where he’s headed.”
