Have we been too harsh on Jawaan Taylor?

I read recently on the Jags Instagram where he said having Little to battle with in training camp is what turned things around for him. Considering Little isn't that good and didn't get the job you have to wonder what he brought to the table that pushed Taylor's buttons to improve. Who knows? It's worked so far and if it continues then that's a win for us.
It doesn't have to make sense to us in order to work for Taylor. Some players work better in tandem rather than alone. In this case it happened in training camp. Is Little even on the team? If so, maybe that's keeping Taylor sharp. |
