Just checked the 1996 WR group.  McCardell and Smith both had 1K yards.  WOW

The 90’s had Jimmy Smith and the discussion ends right there. This years group is good but Hurns and Robinson both had 1,000 yard seasons. 2022 WRs is probably in the top 5.

I always forget about how much I enjoyed Hurns and Robinson!  Thanks for reminding me.  That was a great duo.  

The GM back then, Caldwell, really screwed the pooch.  He let Robinson walk, kept Hurns instead, but then let Hurns walk to keep the always injured Mike (LOL, I meant Marquis) Lee!  Remember that?  Dude, our front office for 20 years was historically terrible at figuring out how to keep the right players.

I hope Baalke and Pederson can do better.
