So you think he's coming back to Tampa this year and just doesn't want Byron there?

I don't think the two are mutually exclusive. I think Byron was ousted because the management in Tampa is bad (see also making Bowles HC). Whether or not Tawmy plays another season is up to Tawmy, but I don't think he wants to stay in Tampa. They are fading into mediocrity, as is Tawmy.
