I'm sure someone has, and I'm also sure it doesn't matter.  
You never know who is into child porn and who isn't.  They don't identify themselves.  Just keep an eye on your kids, is all you can do.  

True story: an old girlfriend of mine caught her biological father taking naked spread eagled pictures of her less than year old cousin.  The family made him destroy the pictures, and never left him alone with kids again, but didn't tell the cops, and didn't cut him out of their lives.  She was very upset with her mother's decision but did not go against it. Another family friend of ours, similar situation with a girl too young to remember, there the mother found out and completely cut the predator out of their lives, but again, didn't tell thr cops.  This kind of thing is more common than people realize, and not everyone is brave enough to send the perps to jail.  It's very sad.
