I have to believe Kancey helped himself this week. Some teams may shy away from him due to his short arms, but the speed he showed will likely enable him to be drafted somewhere in round 1. He's got a little bit of Chris Hovan to him. Just a little bit lighter but much faster coming out of college than Hovan. His comparison on the NFL website is to John Randle. Listen, if that kid turns into anything as HALF as good as John Randle? I would pull the trigger on him. 

My concern though is how does that fit with our defense? Short guys like that need a big body next to them in a 4 - 3 to really get around their opponents. That would be my biggest concern with him if I was in Baalke's shoes. Can he handle blocks at this level? 

4.67 speed means dick when you can't even get off the block.
