I was a regular on the AOL board, but not sure if I was there in 1995.  I'm pretty sure I never paid $1 a minute.  IIRC, you got so many hours per month with your subscription and then got charged if you went over it.  They later changed it to unlimited minutes.

I was on the old Jaguars board too but wasn't too active.  I always preferred the AOL board until it closed down.
