It's a dead horse at this point, but, for the record:

Williams should have been outside, not in the slot. He proved this already in L.A.

Walker should have been inside. Not outside on the defensive line.

Lloyd should have been outside. Not inside. As his tape at Utah proved this.

Again, these things should be corrected between the draft and this summer with a 2nd year DC retooling himself and learning from his mistakes.

Nickel CB is there in RD3. Sydney Brown, Riley Moss or Garrett Williams. Take your pick. First two rounds are going to the lineman though. Need a tackle. Need an interior pass rusher. Us meeting with Mazi twice now is a big tell already.

We're cap strapped. Even if we pull new extensions out of our [BLEEP] for Josh Allen and Evan Engram. This team lives or dies by two things in 2023:

1. Improved line play on both sides. Biggest question mark being on Walker's back defensively and Robinson's health offensively with Little facing his biggest test yet.

2. Adjustments by Lawrence and Pederson. That cute, quick [BLEEP] will have 17 games of film for review. Won't be easy to pull off in 2023 as much.

The only people sweating Herndon are those who thought the Jags would make a splash like sign Hargrave or Fletcher Cox or a big time FA.

This point in FA is always where the Jags were going to make their move. Some veteran OLine help, veteran pass rusher (Floyd), and a nickel corner (Herndon wasn’t signed to be the starting nickel).

Still plenty of talent out there and hopefully the Jags fill a couple more holes.

Also. No one needs to worry about Pederson and Trevor. The league can have all the tape they want but Pederson always adjusts. Year 2 for Wentz with Pederson was incredible. Now imagine year 2 for Trevor in his system. They’re going to be more than fine. As of now though, this DLine may have a tough time getting to the QB.

What do you think signing Cox would of been ya silly rabbit?  Lol.   Floyd is 2 years younger than Cox and would likely cost just as much yet you think we will sgn him?  Cox got a 1 yr. 10 mil deal while Hargrave got a 4 yr 80 mil deal.  Those 2 are totally different and not even close.  Floyd would be a splash signing so I'm guessing you are sweating that Herndon deal.
