The point to the last three was to insert woke ideology into Star Wars by vilifying and killing off the heroes of the original trilolgy, creating new heroes in the Grrl Power, Magical Minority, and White Bumpkin tropes, making the entire Force concept become a post-modern deconstruction of Truth, and, like all modern movies, ensure that the bad guy is a rich white guy (or three). If they happened to tell a story people actually wanted and made some money doing it that would be pretty far down the list of considerations as we can tell by how they failed.
