NH3 isn't on the jury and neither are you.

It doesn't matter. Trump is probably guilty of the misdemeanors. All these elites purposefully commit petty crimes all the time. It's a fine. MOST of us are fine acknowledging that. What's not ok, is for the DA to twist the facts in such a way to elevate petty crimes into felonies, just to send a message to political rival. I know that, and I'm not on the jury.
