As charged, it was impossible for him to commit anything they charged him with.

IRS, SEC, DOJ, etc have all looked at it and said there was no crime.

All payments took place in 2017, so they didn't impact the election that was over.
Trump signed over his companies when he took office, so you can't charge Trump when the companies were in trusts.
All accounting was correct per all the audits.
Past case has shown there was supposedly no proof of a payment even happening.


I think the only evidence they have is the disbarred lawyer who has TDS. The lawyer pleads guilty to junk charges and then starts going after Trump.

There's more proof that the lawyer paid her off because he had sex with her.
