That's not how this works.  Players are paid out of TV and ticket revenue.  TV revenue is the same across the league and though the Jags don't have as much ticket revenue as they'd like, they have enough.

With that said, buying the Jags was the best thing Khan could have done $$ wise. His net worth has went up nearly $6 Billion since buying the Jags in 2012. Even with a losing product (on the field) for the majority of that time.

That's also not how this works.  Wealth is not cash flow. Increasing the theoretical value of the franchise means nothing unless he sells it, either in whole or in part, or takes out a loan against its value.
