Hopefully WE outnumber THEM.  I guarantee I pay more taxes then them though, total wise.  Guess it's my fault my income is higher ?

There will be a loud majority of folks that oppose this expense. 
They will make a few good points and a hundred ridiculous attempts at reason.

They will out number "us" - but as you have alluded - the deciding dollars may likely be under the purse strings of those in favor of this project. 

The city has an uphill battle to carve out a deal that looks more appealing to Duval citizens. It will be interesting to se how Deegan and her team accomplish this.
