From what I have seen, he is on video actually inciting violence and illegal actions.  People were arrested and their lives ruined just for entering the Capitol peacefully (invited and escorted by Capitol police).  Yet he has never been arrested or charged like the other "MAGA protestors".  Why is that?

I watched the events that unfolded that day on live television while flipping through all of the "mainstream media" "news" broadcasts.  For the most part, all that I saw were people hanging around in patriotic clothing and carrying flags.  Most were Trump supporters.  I didn't see a whole lot of violence until days later when the mainstream media "got exclusive footage".

Again, since there is footage out clearly showing Epps inciting violence, why has he never been arrested?  Why does one man not get the same treatment that so many others got who may or may not have been violent that day?

As of March there had been 1,033 individuals charged with crimes for their actions on Jan 6th in a and around the Capitol building.

To my knowledge the only ones arrested for "saying something" were those who were members of domestic terror groups whose communications reveled plots to enact heinous crimes.

Could charges be brought against Epps for saying things to other rioters that day?
I'm no expert on what the charges would be or how prosecutable that is, but it is conceivable.
However, if they are indeed going down that road, they'll have to also change Trump's son, 2 of his advisors , half a dozen DC Republican lawmakers, and hundreds more Jan 6 rioters who also said things that day directing protestors to act violently. Remember - hundred of rioters were chanting "hang Mike Pence"  as they marched on, and in, the Capitol. I'd include Trump himself in that list, but he wisely contradicted himself after encouraging less than peaceful action in his speech that day.

Another thing you definitely should consider is that if Epps were a Fed meant to incite criminal behavior - they'd have had him continue to do so inside the Capitol where he could be even more effective. Furthermore, the standard procedure with such UC agents is to arrest them alongside the real criminals to further conceal their identity.

I'm open to being convinced of operatives inciting violence if you can find proof, but I've seen no one produce anything remotely convincing as of yet.

Epps appears to merely be another MAGA insurrectionist - who simply just didn't have enough sack to cary out the deeds he verbalized with his own two hands.

I don't believe that at all, man. I think it's just your typical psyops, which is a very real thing. I mean, anyone who knows any history at all should know that the US government has been expanding its psyops since WWII. We have 2 divisions in the military dedicated to psyops. You really believe it starts and stops on the foreign stage? The war on terror changed all that, man.

Here's the recruiting video the army made (and a link from Army Times talking about it):

Foreboding Army PSYOPS recruitment video shows ‘who’s pulling the strings’ (armytimes.com)

I mean, the sheer obliviousness you guys have with regards to the power of the Federal government is astounding. You guys are far too quick to believe it's operating in good faith when there is zero reason to do so. There's almost no accountability. They are funded by massively powerful corporate interests and covered by a media that is funded by the same people. There's just a bunch of rich, powerful people who hide behind our government to make them more money and give them more power. I am seriously dumbfounded that I have to have this argument with liberals, of all people.

This was uncovered during the trials of people who were arrested and charged with breaching the Capitol. We also have seen this same tactic before that came to light in differrent trials. We also have the FBI directors admission that they do use this tactic, but he will neither confirm nor deny that Epps was used in this capacity. I believe it's highly probable, based on what we already know, that he was working with some agency in an informant or undercover capacity. I don't know if he's FBI.

The problem with Epps is that he incites storming the Capitol. It's on video. He's there, coordinating with the person that breached at the Capitol. It's on video. He storms the property at least up until the building itself. It's on video. We have video of plain clothes agents coordinating with Capitol police, saying they were undercover and giving them updates.

He literally embodies everything people say they hate about J6 protesters. Yet, he's being defended. Why?

I have a genuine question for you. If I just showed you the video of Epps, and said, this man should not be arrested for his participation in J6, taking away any mention of whether or not he was an informant or agent, would you disagree? If so, why? He was ACTIVELY encouraging people to go into the Capitol building.

Just because people are saying he's an agent, should he completely avoid prosecution? It doesn't make any sense.

I never said he should avoid prosecution.

See my response a few above here to JIB for my take on that.

I also don't know that he's being "defended." He just hasn't been prosecuted, and folks are not accepting of the assertion that he was planted to incite criminal behavior. That is not "defending" him, it's just denying the validity of a conspiracy theory.

But the lack of prosecution IS evidence of something, right? It's not nothing. I'm just asking you guys to read between the lines.
