As far as the trial, I’m not so sure the results are preordained. I could see something getting settled through a plea bargain. Otherwise all any of the defendants would need is one juror with “reasonable doubt”.

It's almost certain that some of those indicted in GA will plea bargain and pay fines and do community service and testify against those who don't plea bargain.

It's completely certain that Trump will not plea bargain. He has never admitted fault or accepted blame in his life. Plus, any behavior he admits to in the GA case makes his federal case harder to defend.

The bolded part is certainly true and for that reason I expect the admission of guilty plea for anything more than a parking ticket to be a non-starter for Trump.   I also can't envision this going to trial even remotely close to within the prosecutor's proposed timeline.
