If you are talking about the 8900 uncounted - they were not uncounted when he made the phone call.
They were uncounted the day after the election when he was claiming 18000 were uncounted.

Not only did he know the number was wrong, he knew that those votes were going to be 70-80% in favor of Joe Biden based on the demo of the county and his extensive and expensive "don't vote by mail" campaign.

He didn't KNOW anything. He was advised of this. There's a difference. There is no "evidence." There is only an inarticulate narcissist who genuinely believes the election was rigged (as do I). Nothing provided is proof to the contrary. It doesn't matter how he was advised. Unless you have Trump on tape saying he knows he lost fair and square, there's no evidence. It's just your interpretation of the events, which starts and stops with you believing he's the worst person to walk the earth.

And, yes, that last line is hyperbolic, but barely. So, might not want to chase that point...

He was informed of the outcome and the number of uncounted votes that would not alter the outcome. 

Then he proceeded to lie about it for weeks on end and eventually make a call to attempt to have the outcome illegally altered. AFTER being INFORMED by multiple agencies that the outcome was fair and his lies were just that. 

You can insert alternate verbs to prop up the alternate facts all you want. It does no one any good. 

Lies are lies and they are about to have real consequences in multiple trials.
