I feel like they are tailoring these games to fans that have never been to a football game. Stop being insecure about the product. You don’t need some guy screaming into the microphone dozens of times between drives or timeouts to keep people engaged. I promise you, nobody is coming to these games for that.

When they first debuted the scoreboards, I knew it was just so they could fill more ads in.

Everything they add is not about the game, it's to entertain you. The product on the field doesn't matter. The budzone had people that would buy tickets and just go watch all the games on the TVs there. Even people who had good tickets would disappear after a bit and never return.

I go to watch the game. If I leave my seat, it's only during a break, and I'm trying to get back to my seat before it's over. The world has changed and people can't just sit and enjoy the game.
