Home game experience as a fan

I’ve never attended a game at another stadium but I’m pretty sure these things are league dictated. As a matter of fact, while I watched a game on TV of some other team, I could hear the hype guy, (“Alright, alright, alright!”) in the background while the talking heads talked.
