I doubt anyone enjoys all that crap. You don’t have to get rid of it all but it shouldn’t be literally 20 different things thrown your way NON STOP. 

The game day experience is good when the team plays well. Always has been always will be. 

Hiring a “hype man” is unnecessary if the team is good and having a “hype man” when the team is losing is even worse.
